- The first large-scale project I created was a mass-scale storage array to manage machine images for IT Support, with a custom-built software stack.
- I was responsible for bootstrapping a new group in IT, dedicated to student-facing, hands on technical support.
- Starting with PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, I developed custom line of business applications for IT processes.
- Moving into ServiceNow, I started consulting with other business units to analyze their processes and build services that were useful.
