Professional

  • My career began in the Office of Information Technology at North Carolina State University.
  • The first large-scale project I created was a mass-scale storage array to manage machine images for IT Support, with a custom-built software stack.
  • I was responsible for bootstrapping a new group in IT, dedicated to student-facing, hands on technical support.
  • Starting with PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, I developed custom line of business applications for IT processes.
  • Moving into ServiceNow, I started consulting with other business units to analyze their processes and build services that were useful.
  • I served as an Interim ITSM Architect.
  • I am proficient in Jelly, the XML based language which drives the most advanced custom ServiceNow applications..
  • I hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer credentials, as well as ITIL Foundations V3 Certification.
